We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both travelers and our vendor partners (hotels and transport). The earlier you cancel, the higher your refund. Government-mandated cancellations due to natural disasters or temple closures are treated with full flexibility.

2How to Cancel
To cancel your booking:
1. Log in to your account on chardhamsarthi.com
2. Go to "My Bookings" and select the booking you wish to cancel
3. Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm
Alternatively, you may email us at chardhamsarthi@gmail.com or call +91 92860 59830 with your booking ID (e.g., CDY-XXXXX).
Cancellation is effective from the date and time we receive your written/digital request — not the date of your original booking.
3Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI/bank account).
• You will receive a confirmation email with refund details and expected credit date.
• Bank processing times may add 2–3 additional business days.
4Force Majeure & Government Cancellations
If the Yatra is cancelled or a specific Dham becomes inaccessible due to:
• Government orders or advisories
• Natural disasters (landslides, floods, earthquakes)
• Extreme weather conditions making roads impassable
• Temple closures ordered by authorities
• Epidemics or pandemic restrictions
In such cases, you will be offered:
→ Full refund (100%) of the amount paid, OR
→ Free date change to reschedule your Yatra (subject to availability)
This applies regardless of the cancellation timeline above.
5Date Changes & Rescheduling
• One free date change is allowed if requested 15+ days before the original departure date.
• Date changes within 7–15 days may incur a ₹500/person amendment fee.
• Date changes within 7 days are treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
• Rescheduled dates are subject to availability and may involve price adjustments for peak season dates.
6Partial Cancellation
• If one or more travelers from a group booking wish to cancel, the cancellation charges apply only to the cancelling travelers.
• If partial cancellation changes the room occupancy (e.g., from double to single), additional charges for single occupancy may apply to the remaining travelers.
• Minimum group size requirements must still be met after partial cancellation.
7Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing:
• Payment gateway processing fees (typically 2–3%)
• Travel insurance premiums (if purchased)
• Helicopter booking charges (managed by third-party operators with separate policies)
• Any services already consumed or utilized
